Kitty joined Colliers International Greater Los Angeles, Inc. in January 2010 as Executive Vice President, specializing in investment sales of apartment buildings, land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable housing and special assets throughout California and the Western U.S. She previously served as Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness where she ranked as the company’s #1 multifamily advisor and #1 rolling agent across all product types nationwide.

Touted by the media as a multifamily expert in Southern California, Kitty has been quoted in such publications as the Los Angeles Times, BisNow, GlobeSt.com, the Los Angeles Business Journal, Multi-Housing News and Multifamily Executive Magazine, among others. Anna previously worked at Colliers in San Francisco, closing several deals exceeding $214M. In the past two years she single handedly closed over $214M in sales and 614 units on the Kitty Wallace team- which is 40% of the Kitty Wallace’s teams total sales. She was awarded Costar Power Broker Q1 2021 for her $67M, 260 unit deal she doubled ended from Brookfield called The Knolls in Orange, CA.As well Costar Power Broker Q4 2021 for her $100M, 170 unit she double ended from Blackrock called K Street Flats in Berkeley, CA.

Melanie laid the groundwork for her career early, developing market knowledge and transaction management skills as a Brokerage Management Intern with the Wallace team.   • Oversees a dedicated team of business development professionals who procure interested investors for existing listings, initiate new business through strategic outbound calling campaigns, and maintain client relationships with investors throughout Southern CA and beyond

Experience
