Upon entering the commercial real estate field in 1997, Kitty quickly became an expert in her market and has since consistently set and exceeded performance goals within her organizations and the industry as a whole. Kitty Wallace joined Colliers International as Executive Vice President and National Multi-Family Director in January 2010. She was named Los Angeles County's number One Multifamily Agent by Pierce-Eislen, as well as the most powerful woman in Southern California Real Estate and a Hot Broker from Southern California Real Estate Magazine. Kitty specializes in the sale of apartment buildings, land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable housing and special assets throughout Southern California and the Western United States.

Over the course of her career Kitty has closed more than 200 multi-million dollar transactions and is recognized as the top multifamily agent in Los Angeles County. She consistently breaks records for achieving the highest cost-per-unit and cost-per-square foot price in the County. 

Kitty has been recognized by the media as an expert on the southern California market. She has been quoted in such publications as GlobeSt, the Los Angeles Business Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Multi-Housing News, CA Real Estate Journal, Apartment Finance Today, Multifamily Executive, RE Business, RenTV, BisNow, among others. She has also served as a moderator or panelist at numerous real estate conferences including Crittenden, RealShare, Apartment Finance Today, BisNow, The Casden Forecast, USC LUSK Retreat, and ULI. 

In addition, Kitty also participates in a leadership capacity on a number of industry organizations including the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate Board, the Urban Land Institute’s UDMUC Silver Council, the Green Pearl Advisory Board, IRETO Advisory Council, and the Upward Bound House Board of Directors.

Kitty previously served as senior vice president for Sperry Van Ness in West Los Angeles. Since joining Sperry Van Ness in 1997, she set and exceeded performance standards within Sperry Van Ness and in the commercial real estate industry as a whole. Kitty ranked as Sperry Van Ness’ number one multifamily advisor in the country.   • Facilitates transactions by overseeing the deal process from listing to close
  • Proofreads materials for accuracy and ensures deadlines are met

Experience
Annah joined Colliers in 2015 after serving more than four years as a marketing manager for CPS Realty handling predevelopment, investment and marketing efforts for a destination resort project.

Experience
Paul began in commercial real estate in 2014 as a real estate manager for Ortho Mattress, where he was responsible for site selection, lease negotiations and market research reports.
